“As a five-year employee, I can attest to CGA’s amazing company culture. If I could describe CGA in just three words, I would choose: inclusive, collaborative, and transparent. CGA accepts and loves everyone just the way they are; CGA encourages teamwork to achieve personal and professional goals; and CGA practices open communication among staff members. It is because of CGA’s core values that I have been able to build the most amazing relationships with my co-workers – so much so that I consider them to be my chosen family. ❤”
Mira McLain, CGA Xcel Head Coach
“From the second that I interviewed at CGA, I knew that I was going to love working here. Everyone that I met was so excited for me to be training to work with them, and they helped me expand my gymnastics knowledge. Throughout the training process, there was an obvious effort put in for me to thrive through lessons that taught me how to lead a successful class and mentorship from other CGA coaches. Since being hired, I feel I have been adopted into the CGA family from the staff friendships and activities to the relationships I have built with the families. From the beginning, the management staff have been flexible when working with my school and clinical schedule. There are 3 words I would use to describe CGA: positive, encouraging, and fun. I would highly recommend CGA as a wonderful place to work, and I will cherish the relationships that I have made here forever.”
Taylor Millsap, CGA Rec Coach
“I originally became interested in joining Champaign Gymnastics Academy as a way to stay active after college. After just a few practices, it was easy to see how passionate the coaches were for creating a fun and supportive atmosphere for their students to learn. When I expressed interest in becoming a coach, even though I came from a dance background, I was accepted into their staff with open arms. I love how CGA does not just allow, but celebrates their coaches’ individual personalities that make each of us unique. Each coach has a unique style of encouraging their kids to bring the best out of them. At CGA, your child will learn so much more than being a better gymnast. They will learn to become the best version of themselves. Three words I would use to describe CGA’s culture are inclusive, fun, and rewarding. The culture CGA has built that accepted me into their staff, is extended to each student, no matter their skill level.”
Sarah Neuhalfen, CGA Rec Coach
